Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in Vermont. This position involves providing evaluations and treatments, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises, for a diverse patient population with conditions such as orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal dysfunctions, and post-operative care. The role requires direct patient involvement, clinical expertise, and the ability to work independently in a outpatient clinic setting.

Job Details:

  • Location: Springfield, Vermont
  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Start Date: 08/31/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Vermont Physical Therapy license or compact license; 2 years of current outpatient physical therapy experience; updated CAQH and NPI must be provided after start; graduated from an accredited school of Physical Therapy; previous rehab experience; highly preferred CPSI EMR experience; preferred experience working with PT assistants; candidate must include their perm address in profile; must be flexible to work inpatient PT as needed; must be able to treat a range of diagnoses typically seen in outpatient clinics.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with PT assistants; previous travel experience.
  • Additional Information: The traveler must have own vehicle as public transportation is unavailable in this small community. All scheduling and time-off requests must be submitted at the time of application; major holidays close outpatient clinics. RTO requests after profile submission will not be approved; a maximum of 5 days of RTO is permitted. Travelers should ensure their profile is complete with necessary documentation, including supervisory references and licensure.
