Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in Murray, Kentucky. This full-time leadership position involves providing exceptional outpatient physical therapy services within a diverse orthopedic patient population. The Clinic Director will lead, mentor, and develop a collaborative clinical team, oversee daily operations, foster community and physician relationships, and support clinic growth, all while maintaining high-quality patient care standards.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; previous leadership or clinic management experience; demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams; strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; current CPR certification; minimum of 5 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy; position start date 08/24/2026.
