Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in Minnesota. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring effective return to community activities. The therapist will also serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers, adhering to organizational and professional standards. This is a full-time outpatient clinical position starting on August 24, 2026, working days from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1 or more years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active/state-appropriate professional license; neuro experience is required; ability to complete assignments with the organization previously is highly desired; previous experience with the organization or with similar outpatient settings is preferred; adheres to state practice act and maintains licensure in good standing
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful prior assignment with the organization; experience with neuro rehabilitation
- Additional Information: The role involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, documenting accurately and timely in medical records, participating in student and professional development programs, and adhering to safety standards and clinical guidelines. The candidate will support organizational performance improvement initiatives and maintain professional licensure.
