Job Details
- Shift Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday

- Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent accrediting body
- Current, unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in the specified state
- 0 or more years of experience in physical therapy (preferred 2-3 years)
- Current CPR certification
- Familiarity with general computer functions such as navigation, internet, email, and online training platforms

- Additional Responsibilities: Deliver therapy services as directed by physicians, evaluate patient home environments, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare personnel. Must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and agency-required liability insurance.
- Travel: Approximately 200 miles per week within the Northern Neck territory in Virginia, utilizing the HCHB electronic medical record system.
