📍 Location: St. Joseph, Missouri
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks
🕒 Shift: Days – 5×8 (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) or 4×10 (Traveler Preference)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health Physical Therapy experience
- Active Missouri PT License (Pending MO License Accepted)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Current BLS Certification
