Machine Operator (Heavy)

Production Technician - Heavy Operator

Responsibilities

• Matches products to customer accounts using hard cards.

• Inspects for quality and scraps product when necessary; repairs product when applicable.

• Sorts products by size, style, and type when applicable.

• Follows all work instructions to sort, process, and order-fill products for customer delivery.

• Loads, unloads, and stages customer orders for delivery.

• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

• Follows all work instructions and quality standards for each product and process.

• Supports 6S/Lean, Safety, ISO 14001:2015, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) and growth initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is preferred.

• Candidates must have a good work history, regular attendance, and an excellent safety record.

• Must be able to work well in a team atmosphere, possess problem-solving skills, and demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be able to work while standing and safely lift up-to 50-75lbs regularly.

• Experience in an industrial, laundering, or manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Steel-toed boots are required.

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• Pay Rate is $14.25 per hour

• 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Temp-To-Hire

• Benefits after Probation period
