Bakery Mixer

We are seeking a Quickbread/Muffin/Cookie Mixer to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience of measuring, mixing, following a recipe (pizza dough, cookies, etc.). We are an equal opportunity bakery, and we welcome bilingual individuals.

Duties

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to specified recipes, ensuring accuracy and consistency in flavor and texture.
• Operate various kitchen equipment including commercial mixers and other food processing machinery.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production schedules are met.
• Keep the mixing area clean and organized.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen setting is required.
• Mechanical knowledge for operating mixing equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required qualifications:

• 18 years or older
