Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range: $21
Shift: 3pm-11:30pm, Monday through Friday (training on 1st shift)

What's the Job?

• Set up, program, and operate de-coil machines to cut blank sheet metal to specified lengths from coil stock.
• Perform quality checks and log results to ensure product accuracy and consistency.
• Use basic hand tools such as tape measures, nail/staple guns, cordless drills, and saws.
• Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot issues to maintain production flow.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with machinery or manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with measuring tools, especially tape measures with 1/16" scale.
• Basic knowledge of finish work carpentry, assembly, and industrial tools.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.
