About the Position

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a client in the Winston-Salem area. This is an active, hands-on role requiring both clinical skill and physical capability. The right candidate will be patient, consistent, and confident working with a child who benefits from clear structure and positive reinforcement.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be physically fit and capable of safely redirecting or carrying the client when transitioning between environments. This is a firm requirement — the ability to physically assist with safe environment changes is essential to this role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of direct ABA experience as a BT or RBT (RBT certification preferred)
• Experience with elopement protocols and safe physical redirection
• Comfortable with in-home services and reinforcement-based programming
• Experience working on flexibility and transition goals
• Ability to remain calm, consistent, and energetic across a full session

Schedule Requirements

• Additional availability welcome — flexible scheduling considered
• Willing to work in-home and support gradual community generalization over time
