We are seeking an Data Entry Specialist to join our team as soon as possible. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with advanced Excel skills and strong experience working with online financial systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Excel and online applications to analyze data and prepare reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate customer account information

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, reporting)
• Strong proficiency with online systems and financial applications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience working with QuickBooks and Inventory Control systems is desired.
