Lead – 3PL Distribution Center Join a Growing Logistics Team!

Our client, a fast-paced 3PL Distribution Center, is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations, support warehouse associates, and drive productivity in a high-volume environment. Schedule

• Regular Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• Training Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (1st Shift for approximately 3–4 weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling.
• Supervise warehouse associates by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure accurate inventory control using WMS and AS400 systems.
• Monitor workflow and implement process improvements to maximize productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation of inventory movements, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Collaborate with management to meet operational goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or 3PL distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse distribution, and material handling processes.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and AS400.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is highly preferred.
