Building Supervisor | Part-Time Evenings & Weekends

The Columbus Family YMCA is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Building Supervisor to serve as the Manager on Duty during evenings and weekends. This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-operated facility for members, guests, and staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising facility operations during assigned shifts
• Opening and/or closing the facility
• Responding to member concerns and emergencies
• Supporting staff across departments
• Ensuring YMCA policies and safety procedures are followed
• Maintaining a clean, secure, and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)
