305Baytown305 - Packaging Supervisor

Openwork is currently sourcing an experienced Packaging Supervisor for a valued client. This position is ideal for candidates with Form, Fill, Seal (FFS) machine experience and leadership experience in a warehouse, production, or logistics environment. Training will begin at a separate facility before transitioning to the new location.

• Supervise daily packaging operations and production staff.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of FFS packaging equipment.
• Monitor production schedules, packaging quality, and department KPIs.
• Train and support team members while maintaining productivity.
• Complete and verify production documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with operations to meet production goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Experience operating or supervising FFS packaging machines.
• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
