Compensation: Up to $2,800 Weekly (Traveler)

Shift: Day Shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Employment Type: Contract

Onsite Flexibility: 100% Onsite

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced EEO Investigator to conduct fair, thorough, and confidential investigations involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong investigative, analytical, and communication skills with a solid understanding of employment laws and workplace compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct impartial investigations into workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and other EEO-related complaints.
  • Gather, review, and analyze evidence, documentation, and witness statements.
  • Interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Prepare detailed investigative reports, findings, and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment and anti-discrimination laws.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Legal, and leadership teams regarding case findings and resolutions.
  • Identify organizational and legal risks and provide practical recommendations.
  • Support EEO compliance initiatives, workplace investigations, and special projects as assigned.
Required QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience conducting Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) or workplace investigations.
  • Experience investigating discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employee relations matters.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and EEO regulations.
Skills
  • Excellent investigative, interviewing, and report-writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
