Private Duty Nurse NEEDED!

Reez Home Health is seeking for a Experience Trach/Vent Private Duty Nurses. Reez welcomes compassionate RN'S and LVNs to provided 1:1 continuous in- home care for medical fragile pediatric patients. Reez Home Health has coverages needed in the following zip codes 77303, 77493, and 77581. 

Responsibilities

• Provided 1:1 care skilled nurse in the home
• Monitor patients condition and vitals signs 
• Tracheostomy care 
• G-Tube feeds 
• PCG education 
• Complete electronic documentation
• Communication with office/MD office

Qualifications

•  Active, Texas RN or LVN license 
• Current BLS/CPR certification 
• Reliable transportation 
• Experience with electronical health records
• Strong clinical skills 
• Clear background check 
• Ability to work effectively in a home environment
