We are creating a one-of-a-kind, play-based ABA environment in the Imperial Valley where children can learn through movement, creativity, connection, sensory experiences, and meaningful play. Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision
  • Support children during play, social, sensory, and movement-based activities
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data
  • Help create a positive, safe, and engaging environment
  • Encourage communication, independence, and social skills
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members
  • Maintain professionalism and ethical standards
  • Participate in training and ongoing development opportunities


Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stay active throughout sessions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to speak, read, and communicate effectively in English
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred 
  • One year experience 
  • High school diploma
