Compensation

• Salary: $22-$25 an hour

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store operations, including sales performance, customer experience, inventory management, and team development
• Create a positive and engaging shopping environment that reflects the brand and drives customer loyalty
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team of sales associates
• Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
• Monitor sales metrics and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Oversee inventory, including ordering, stocking, and regular counts to ensure accuracy and availability
• Maintain store presentation through effective visual merchandising and cleanliness standards
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Implement and enforce loss prevention practices
• Collaborate with mall/building management to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Facilitate team trainings and foster a positive, collaborative team culture
