Easton Area Neighborhood Center - AmeriCorps Community Resource Navigator - 2026/2027 - 15 hrs/week

As an AmeriCorps Community Resource Navigator, you will serve as a trusted link between community members and critical services - housing stability, food access, healthcare, transportation, and more. You will serve hands on with individuals and community partners to reduce barriers and help families move toward long term stability. While supporting older adults in Easton, member will travel to (3) senior living communities: Harlan House, Bushkill House, & Shiloh Manor. Mileage is paid between locations.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 meetings with older adults to assess need, goal planning, referral to resources, and follow up.
• Event planning.
• Front desk support.
• Recruitment of senior companions.
• Assisting with programming.
• Each CRN will develop a hub specific project to benefit the location.
• This position requires the CRN to travel between (3) senior living locations in Easton to provide services.
