Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift position requiring Siemens CT experience and Level II trauma center experience.
Details
- Acute care Level II teaching hospital with 370 staffed beds
- Night shift, 5x8 hours, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Emergency Department and Level II Trauma Center setting
- Uses Siemens CT equipment and PACS system
- Charts in Epic
Requirements
- ARRT (CT), ARRT (R), and BLS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Minimum 2 years experience as a CT Tech, 5+ years preferred
- Community hospital experience required
- Level II trauma experience required, Level I trauma experience preferred
- Teaching hospital experience preferred
- Epic charting experience required
- Siemens CT scanner experience required
- Skilled in abdomen/pelvis, head/neck, spine/musculoskeletal, and chest CT studies including contrast administration
- Proficient in multiplanar reconstruction and region of interest measurement
- Experienced in starting peripheral IVs, contrast media preparation/administration, and radiation safety protocols
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will be considered for this role
- Candidates who previously worked at any Main Line location must disclose the location and dates worked
- RTO requests subject to manager's discretion
- Caribbean Blue scrub color required
- Local candidates within 75 miles accepted at a lower differential
