We prioritize a positive and supportive work environment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious forklift experience preferredPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment preferredPrevious experience in a laboratory supporting quality control and testing a bonusKey Responsibilities:Load and unload various, diversly packaged items with the use of forklift equipmentReceive all raw materials to be used in production and for testing purposes.Perform weighing of items with industrial scalesGathering products and materials for quality control testing, making notes on findings in support of quality control team when requested.Store finished product in designated storage area,Staging items for successful loading in anticipation of freight carrier arrivalReport defective materials or questionable conditions to the Warehouse Manager and quality control team.Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Demonstrates positive leadership and ability to hold self and others accountable.Must be able to work in areas with moderate dust and noise, hot and cold temperatures, and around automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment.Job description not limited to the above mentioned - Perform other duties assigned as part of day-to-day operations as part of a small and collaborative team #ZRBy applying for this position, you understand and agree that this organization may conduct a background check and/or drug screening as part of the hiring process.
