Assembler/Packer

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Assembler/Packers to join a manufacturing team. Employees assemble, inspect, and package server cabinets, racks, accessories, and other data center infrastructure products according to engineering drawings and customer specifications. This position plays a key role in ensuring products meet quality standards before shipment.

Location: Georgetown, TX
Shift: 3rd Shift (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday; overtime and weekends as needed)

Shift: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:30PM - 11:00PM overtime and weekends as needed

Essential Job Duties

• Assemble metal cabinets, racks, accessories, and subassemblies using engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform final inspection of finished products before packaging and shipment.
• Package products according to customer specifications and apply shipping labels.
• Install components and hardware using hand and power tools.
• Rotate between different production areas, including assembly lines, accessories, cabling, and mixed-model production.
• Read blueprints and production schedules to ensure accurate assembly.
• Use measuring tools to verify product quality and dimensions.
• Palletize and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Assist with other manufacturing and packaging duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends when production requires it.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
