Family Law Litigation Paralegal - PA Experience Req'd

EXPERIENCED FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL - BLUE BELL/WAYNE, PA - $60-$80K

Family Law Paralegal needed. Our law firm client, which focuses its practice on complex family law cases, is seeking to hire a mid-level family law paralegal with 3-5 years of experience in Pennsylvania. Fully in office position.

Family Law Paralegal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting legal documents, including, but not limited to, pleadings, motions, discovery, appeals, and correspondence to opposing counsel and to the court

• Review, organize, coordinate and prepare for submission detailed and complex document productions and trial/hearing submissions

• Interact on a regular basis with clients, court staff and other counsel

• Assist attorneys in preparation for meetings, hearings, depositions, and trials

• Prepare and e-file documents at the State level and follow up on all filings

• Ability to manage information through various firm databases, including, but not limited to, MS Word and Excel

Ability to work in office 5 days a week required.
