The Income Potential: Your income is based on your performance, not a capped hourly wage. With our
industry-leading pay plan (25%–40% commission), many of our entry-level consultants earn $60,000 to
$80,000 in their very first year, with top performers scaling over $250,000 annually.
What You Will Do:
• Learn financing, leasing, and the latest vehicle technology from the ground up.
• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs, conduct test drives, and deliver an exceptional, pressure-free customer experience.
• Build long-term relationships with customers before and after the sale.
