Restaurant Manager: Delivery-Take Out (National Pizza Chain)

National Pizza Chain is seeking an experienced Store Manager who is used to working hands-on training staff, overseeing daily operations, hiring and scheduling staff, ensuring food quality, controlling inventory, and driving customer satisfaction and profitability. Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $22-$25/hr based on experience
• Schedule: 5 day a week schedule

Responsibilities:

• Hiring Staff, training & developing staff, scheduling & working hands-on, driving financial performance
• Daily Operations Management
• Inventory and Supply Management
• Financial Oversight: track sales, manage budgets, etc.
• Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute marketing strategies
• Ability to work weekends, 5 days/week & 42-47 hrs/week

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of verifiable work history in similar role (restaurant operations) in high volume environments
• Financial literacy
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to adapt and multi-task in fast-paced environment

Benefits:

• 50% of Major Medical paid. Available after 90 days
• Vacation Pay- available after 1 year
