Company: Florida's Fast Growing Window Company selling and installing Top Quality Windows, Doors and Roofing.
Position: Regional Director of Canvassing South Florida Territory-hire, train, and grow a large high performing door to door canvassing team. This is a full time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, team overrides, and strong earning potential. NO SELLING!
Qualified Candidate- MUST have door to door canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related Home Services Industry with experience building and managing a high volume producing department with sales derived from canvassing leads of at least $1 to $2 million per month!
Compensation
- Earn $150K to $250K
Qualifications:
- Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
- Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
- Experience building, training, and motivating door to door sales or canvassing teams
- Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door to door canvassers
- Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
- Develop neighborhood mapping, and route plans in several regional areas
- Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
