Job Description
TruFit is hiring a QA Contract Review Specialist for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established aerospace manufacturing company. This position is ideal for someone with experience reviewing quality documentation, engineering requirements, and customer purchase orders in a manufacturing environment. Location: King County WA
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Review supplier purchase orders to ensure compliance with quality and engineering requirements.
- Verify supplier approvals, specifications, certifications, work instructions, and AS9102 requirements.
- Review customer purchase orders for engineering revisions, quality requirements, and terms and conditions.
- Review first-run work orders to verify:
- Customer requirements
- Tooling requirements
- Inspection requirements
- Bill of materials
- Engineering specifications
- Special processing and outside service requirements
- Ensure documentation meets applicable quality system requirements.
- Determine when export compliance documentation is required for international shipments.
- Assist internal departments, including Order Entry, Planning, and Compliance, by answering quality-related questions.
- Maintain accurate documentation while supporting company quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1–2 years of quality assurance or document control experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with AS9100 quality systems is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Frequent repetitive hand movements and computer use.
- Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
- Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, color vision, and depth perception.
Work Environment
- Office environment within a manufacturing facility.
- Moderate noise levels.
- Must follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment in designated areas.

- This position is subject to U.S. Export Control regulations. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in positions subject to export compliance requirements.
