Job Opportunity: Class A CDL Tractor Trailer Driver – Sacramento, CA

Pay: $28.00 per hour (Straight Time)
Training Location: Southern California (Paid Training)
Work Location After Training: Sacramento, CA
Schedule: Thursday through Monday OR Friday through Tuesday
Start Time: Between 12:00 AM and 3:00 AM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Expected Hours: 40–50 hours per week

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated, dependable, and professional Class A CDL Tractor Trailer Drivers to join our team in Sacramento, CA. The selected candidate will complete paid training in Southern California before transitioning into their regular driving assignment in Sacramento.

During training, all travel expenses will be covered. Candidates will be compensated for travel time, and the company will provide hotel accommodations, meals/food allowance, and rental car expenses throughout the training period.

Once training is successfully completed, the driver will operate a tractor trailer back to Sacramento, CA, where they will begin their regular schedule and assigned routes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely delivering food products to grocery stores while providing excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with all safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Current K4 certification (issued within the last 30 days)
• Valid, non-expired medical certification
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum of 12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer driving experience within the past 2 years
• Minimum age: 23 years old
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, climbing into trucks, and walking as required
• Strong commitment to safety and professionalism

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor trailer while delivering food products to designated grocery stores
• Complete deliveries efficiently and on schedule
• Use pallet jacks to move pallets to the rear of the truck (no loading or unloading required)
• Maintain compliance with all DOT and company safety regulations
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers
• Conduct vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance concerns
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation
