Schedule- 9:AM-5PM
Rotating schedule, MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK EVERY WEEKEND, (days off either M/T, T/W, or TH/F off)

Job Overview
The Sailing School Manager will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the sailing school, including program development, student and member engagement, instructor management, student enrollment, club memberships, sailing vacations, corporate events and more. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sailing, leadership experience, and a program development.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, coordinate, and manage all sailing school programs and activities.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise sailing instructors and staff.
• Ensure all programs adhere to safety standards and best practices in sailing instruction.
• Work with maintenance staff to manage the school’s fleet of boats and equipment.
• Oversee student registration, scheduling, and communication.
• Monitor financial performance and assist in budget management.
• Promote the school’s programs through community engagement and marketing efforts.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students and staff.
Qualifications & Experience
• AMERICAN SAILING ASSOCIATION or equivalent certification not required but preferred.
• USCG license not required but a plus.
• Extensive sailing experience.
• Previous management or leadership experience in a sailing school or similar environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain and manage sailing equipment and fleet.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
