Davis Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Battery Pack Packers / Packaging Associates for a manufacturing facility in Matteson, IL. In this role, you will package finished battery products, perform quality inspections, apply shipping labels, and prepare products for storage and shipment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus

• Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Basic math and counting skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with barcode scanners or warehouse systems is helpful but not required

• Knowledge of battery handling or shipping regulations is a plus

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Package finished battery products according to company specifications and quality standards

• Inspect batteries and packaging materials for defects, damage, or contamination

• Apply labels, barcodes, and shipping documentation accurately

• Assemble cartons, inserts, and protective packaging materials

• Operate packaging equipment such as sealers, labelers, pallet wrappers, and banders

• Palletize and prepare finished products for warehouse storage or shipment

Job Details Include:

• 12 hour shift

• 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

• $17 an hour

• Overtime
