Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Are you a detail-oriented quality professional looking for a stable opportunity with a growing manufacturing company? We are hiring a Quality Technician / Inspector in Manchester, CT to help ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone with inspection experience who enjoys working hands-on in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality results.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform in-process and final inspections on materials and finished products
• Inspect products and manufacturing processes to ensure specifications are met
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Verify products meet customer requirements before shipment
• Maintain quality documentation and inspection records
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
• Ensure inspection equipment is properly calibrated
• Follow safety procedures and maintain required PPE standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or manufacturing inspection experience
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience using inspection tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently while meeting production deadlines
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• AS9100 and/or Nadcap experience is a plus
