Lake Auto Group is searching for a top-performing, experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing team. We're looking for a proven automotive professional with a track record of delivering

exceptional customer experiences, maximizing performance, and maintaining the highest level of integrity and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through financing and protection options with professionalism and transparency.

• Secure competitive financing through our network of lending partners.

• Present vehicle protection products, warranties, GAP, and other aftermarket offerings while maintaining a

consultative, customer-first approach.

• Ensure all finance documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed efficiently.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations.

• Collaborate with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience from purchase to delivery.

• Build strong relationships with lenders and vendor partners.

• Consistently achieve performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager is required.

• A history of top performance with strong product penetration, finance performance, and customer

satisfaction.

• Knowledge of automotive lending, compliance, and dealership finance processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• High ethical standards and commitment to doing what's right for the customer.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.

• A self-motivated professional who is driven to win and committed to continuous improvement.
