Overnight Guest Service Agent

Overnight shift at hotel. 3 - 5 nights a week. 8-hour shifts. Must be able to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays. Must be available to work overnight shifts from 11pm - 7am. Starting pay is $16 - $17 per hour. Creating a welcoming environment. Checking guests in and out of their hotel room. Distributing room keys. Ensure guests are comfortable and happy with their stay. Handling administrative tasks such as creating invoices and maintaining guest records. Ensuring safety and security of clients, staff, and facility. Liaising with housekeeping and maintenance teams to check if rooms are ready and managing additional drop-offs of items as required. Cleaning of front desk area and lobby.
