Job Description

QA Receiving Inspector – 1st shift

Whippany, NJ | $20/hr

PROSTAR Staffing is partnering with a wellestablished pharmaceutical packaging warehouse in East Hanover, NJ, and we’re seeking a QA Receiving Inspector to join their growing team.

Shift

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM

Responsibilities

Perform inprocess and finished product inspections on packaging lines
Ensure compliance with cGMP, internal procedures, and customer specifications
Conduct and document line clearance, line cleaning, and endoflot activities
Review packaging orders, batch records, and labeling components for accuracy
Verify lot numbers, expiration dates, weights, calibration, and component approvals
Monitor temperature and humidity requirements
Ensure proper gowning, PPE, safety, and cleanliness in the packaging area
Reconcile labels and products at job completion
Support QA operations as needed and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of QA/QC or manufacturing experience preferred
Knowledge of cGMP regulations
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Able to work in a fastpaced, GMPregulated environment
Noise levels may be moderate to high
