We're looking for an experienced Automotive Collision Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional, team-oriented shop that values quality, safety, and continuous growth.
What You'll Do
As a Collision Technician, you'll perform structural and non-structural repairs while following OEM repair procedures and delivering repairs that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform high-quality collision repairs on domestic and import vehicles.
- Repair or replace damaged body panels, structural components, and related parts.
- Measure, straighten, and align vehicle frames using modern equipment.
- Follow OEM repair procedures and manufacturer specifications.
- Work closely with estimators and production staff to ensure repair accuracy.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in ongoing manufacturer and industry training.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a collision/body technician required.
- Strong knowledge of structural and non-structural collision repairs.
- Ability to read repair orders and follow OEM repair procedures.
- Experience with frame equipment, welding, and modern repair techniques.
- I-CAR certifications are a plus.
- OEM certification experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license.
