Warehouse - Order Fulfillment Associate (OFA)

Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM

Requirements:

• Primarily English-speaking; bilingual is a plus.
• Forklift experience required with ACTIVE verifiable OSHA Forklift Certification.

Position Summary:
The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for processing and fulfilling customer orders within a warehouse or distribution environment. This includes picking, packing, labeling, and preparing items for shipment while maintaining accuracy and compliance with operational procedures.

Core Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Support inventory management, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare, label, and stage shipments for outbound transportation.
• Utilize RF scanners, barcode readers, and WMS systems.
• Maintain accuracy in order fulfillment and documentation.
• Assist with receiving inventory, returns processing, and general warehouse support as needed.
