SAP Data Entry

Description:

Duties:

 -Provide first-level support to suppliers (invoices, payments, queries).

-Handle basic issue resolution (level 1–2) in SAP Business Network and invoicing.

-Support MDG activities (vendor data creation/updates).

-Assist internal teams and suppliers during training sessions.

-Track, document, and follow up on requests and issues.

-Escalate complex cases to relevant teams.

-Ensure timely responses and maintain service levels.

Skills:   

Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.

Strong communication skills (suppliers and internal teams).

Ability to manage multiple requests and work

Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset

Knowledge or Experience of ARIBA would be a PLUS

Education:         

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business
