My client is an excellent Energy Management and Performance Contracting company. They are actively seeking a Business Development person involved in Performance Contracting to be a Project Developer.

Core Competencies

• Deep technical expertise in HVAC, controls, renewables, or MEP systems.

• Leadership in innovation, risk assessment, and design strategy.

• Portfolio-level performance accountability.

• Executive-level communication and client influence.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; MBA or PE preferred.

• 15+ years in ESCO, performance contracting, or energy infrastructure sectors.

Key Skills

• Exceptional leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management.

• Proven ability to drive alignment around client and performance outcomes.
