Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)
Location: Franklin, TN | Pay: $16/hour | Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle a high volume of inbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, process requests, and provide effective solutions. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Insurance industry experience is a plus
