We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fiberglass Insulation Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality fiberglass insulation in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, ensuring energy efficiency and optimal thermal performance. Your expertise will help create comfortable, sustainable spaces while adhering to safety standards and blueprint specifications. Duties

    •    Measure, cut, and install fiberglass insulation materials according to project specifications and blueprints

    •    Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely and effectively during installation processes

    •    Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a secure work environment on construction sites

    •    Collaborate with team members and communicate with clients regarding project progress or concerns

    •    Maintain a clean work area, organize tools, and document completed tasks accurately

Qualifications

    •    Proven construction experience with a focus on insulation installation or related trades such as framing or drywall finish

    •    Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely

    •    Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations

    •    Knowledge of safety protocols including power tool safety and ladder use

    •    Mechanical knowledge related to building systems and insulation materials preferred

    •    Strong physical stamina with the ability to climb ladders, lift heavy materials, and work at heights as needed
