About the Role
Mon- Fri 6 or 7am 8-10 hours a day. 48 hours a week.
This position is responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining commercial and industrial piping systems. We are looking for dependable professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and maintain piping systems for commercial and industrial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, thread, groove, and fit pipe according to project requirements.
- Install valves, pumps, supports, and related mechanical equipment.
- Ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.
- Work closely with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job sites.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of pipefitting experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Experience working with carbon steel, copper, PVC, and other piping materials.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.
Preferred
- Commercial and industrial construction experience.
- Welding experience or certifications.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- HVAC, hydronic, or mechanical piping experience.
