Compensation: $65,000–$125,000+ annually, based on experience, certifications, productivity, and other qualifying factors.

Kia dealership experience is preferred. ASE Certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs using factory tools and equipment
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
• Perform warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors
• Maintain accurate repair documentation while delivering quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience required
• Kia dealership or import dealership experience preferred
• ASE Certification preferred but not required
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, lifts, alignment equipment, A/C machines, and other shop equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license required
