Job Overview
Kinion Auto Sales & Service is seeking a part‐time Title Clerk & Office Assistant who can also assist with stocking vehicles in from transport. We are a small, fast‐paced classic car dealership looking for someone dependable, organized, and willing to help wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Process vehicle titles, registrations, and dealership paperwork
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Perform filing, data entry, and general office duties
- Help stock vehicles in from transport (VIN verification, mileage, photos, intake steps)
- Provide support to the office and sales team as needed
Qualifications
- Previous vehicle title experience helpful; willing to train the right person
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable transportation and ability to arrive ON TIME
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable working around vehicles
- Flexibility — hours and days may change as needed based on workload
Work Location: In person
Wage $15-20 depending on experience
