Full-Time Teller – Union City, TN

Commercial Bank & Trust Company is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Full-Time Teller to join our Union City branch.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with everyday banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and identifying customer needs.
• Balance cash drawer accurately and maintain attention to detail.
• Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Promote bank products and services through customer referrals.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive banking experience.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well in a team environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
