Counter Person - Front-of-House in Growth Role for an Upscale Kosher Bakery–Café in West LA
Are you someone who loves early mornings, great food, and real human connection?
At Got Kosher? Bakery, we’re not just serving food — we’re nourishing bodies and uplifting souls. We’re looking for a warm, polished Counter Host who enjoys welcoming guests, keeping the front flowing smoothly, and being the calm but witty and friendly face of a busy bakery.
This starts as 3 mornings per week, with strong potential to grow quickly into a 5–6 day position for the right person.
Schedule (Important)
- Early morning lovers only
- 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Start: 3 days/week
- Growth: 5–6 days/week if qualified
What We’re Looking For
- Personable, reliable, organized, and fast on your feet
- Hosting or counter experience in a high-volume bakery-café
- Customer Service is an essential value in our business
- Clean appearance, great manners, positive energy
- Enjoy teamwork and stay calm under pressure
Big Plus If You Have:
- Bookkeeping / cash tracking skills
- Social media or light marketing experience
- Spanish English bilingual
- Knowledge of Kosher food or culture

Job Description:
Open and Close a Bakery Store on your own- You need to be at the store at 7:30 Sharp
Know the product, appreciate and speak with enthusiasm about the product. We have the best Challah on the planet, customers tell us.
Record Sales accurately
Be very friendly and professional on the phone. A good spoken English is a Must
Customer service is very important for us.
Help maintain the store very clean and tidy, beautiful and engaging
Help with light record keeping duties
