Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. | Temp to Perm

Position Overview

An organization is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to support daily operational workflows involving order processing, data entry, and coordination across internal teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate order flow and supporting supply chain activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, process, and manage customer and internal orders in system platforms

Support supply chain operations through accurate data entry and tracking

Monitor order status and ensure timely processing and updates

Coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment and logistics flow

Assist with shipping and receiving-related documentation and tracking

Verify order details for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed

Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and system updates

Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

Basic Qualifications

Previous experience in order processing, data entry, or supply chain support preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and data

Comfortable working in systems used for order and supply chain tracking

Ability to manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and basic business systems
