Customer Account Investigator I

Client Accounting Investigator I
$23-$24/hour

Performs back-office account research and executing monetary adjustments on customer accounts.  This role involves processing refunds, managing client-driven requests and navigating third-party systems to address ad-hoc inquiries. In some cases, detailed investigative work may be required to resolve account discrepancies. This position is located in Woodbury,NY. 

Requirements:

-The position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or part of a team.
-High School Diploma or its equivalent education required; Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) desired, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
-One (1) year of banking/back-office research and/or account maintenance experience is preferred.
