Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist in Carrollton, TX to join our team. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, including 2-way and 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts, invoicing customers, cutting checks, reconciling invoices, and ensuring accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have experience processing payments through multiple channels, including chat, ACH, email, and payment software platforms. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm

Compensation: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
