Area Coach (Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations)

We're hiring an experienced Area Coach to lead approximately 6 quick-service restaurant locations in the Greater Cleveland Eastside market.

This role is ideal for a proven multi-unit leader who thrives on developing General Managers, driving operational excellence, and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop General Managers
• Oversee operations across multiple locations
• Drive performance in labor, staffing, food cost, and guest experience
• Hold leaders accountable and build a strong leadership bench
• Partner with regional leadership to achieve business goals

Qualifications

• Multi-unit restaurant management experience (5+ locations preferred)
• Experience as an Area Coach, District Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong QSR background preferred
• Proven ability to develop leaders and improve operational performance
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills
