Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Service Representative to support our insurance agency by helping clients with policy questions, billing needs, coverage changes, and general account service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and delivering a great customer experience.

• Provide friendly, accurate service by phone, email, and in person
• Assist clients with common policy service needs (e.g., address/vehicle changes, ID cards, billing questions, payments, policy documents)
• Support retention by identifying concerns, resolving issues, and helping customers understand coverage options
• Document customer interactions and update account details in agency systems
• Follow established workflows and compliance requirements when handling customer information
• Coordinate with carriers/underwriting as needed and track open items to completion
• Help schedule appointments and manage follow-ups for the agency team
• Contribute to a positive office culture by supporting teammates and maintaining a professional environment
