Southland Employment Inc. is seeking a motivated Team Lead – Laundry / Production to oversee daily operations and lead a hardworking production team. If you have leadership experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team to meet daily production goals.
• Train, coach, and motivate employees.
• Monitor workflow and assign tasks for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure quality standards and company policies are followed.
• Perform quality checks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Report equipment or maintenance issues.
• Assist with inventory and supply management.

Qualifications:
✅ Previous laundry or production experience required.
✅ Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills.
✅ Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
✅ Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
✅ Basic computer skills are a plus.
